Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data for high-value clients and prepare spreads.
• Model future financial performance and downside scenarios.
• Lead structuring of transactions with partners and relationship managers.
• Prepare comprehensive credit underwriting documents identifying risks and mitigants.
• Ensure regulatory compliance including KYC checks and ownership certification.
• Monitor portfolio performance and covenant compliance to minimize risk.
