Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial underwriting or banking experience.
• Syndicated deal experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in Leveraged Finance, Debt Capital Markets, or Investment Banking preferred.
• Ability to gather data, analyze financial statements, and prepare underwriting documents.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data, spread financial statements, and assess creditworthiness.
• Model future financial performance and downside scenarios.
• Assist bankers in structuring transactions and monitoring covenants.
• Prepare thorough credit underwriting documents identifying risks and mitigants.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, Patriot Act/OFAC, and certifying beneficial ownership.
• Manage approval process for lending commitments and amendments.
