Ultipro is seeking a Portfolio Sales and Marketing Manager (PSM) Level I to lead leasing and marketing efforts for a portfolio of communities. You will oversee the Cardinal Way of Leasing, coach teams, and drive monthly marketing plans across channels to optimize performance.

The role requires 3-5+ years in property management, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 40%. A comprehensive benefits package is included along with salary in the $80,000–$90,000 range plus bonus

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in property management with a focus on leasing and sales.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to motivate and energize a team.
• Ability to analyze leasing data including traffic, closing ratios, rent and concessions.

Responsabilités

• Complete all assigned PSM Redbook tasks on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Train and administer Cardinal’s Sales Platform (Cardinal Way of Leasing).
• Execute the Cardinal Leasing Experience at all communities including sales, service, and marketing.
• Provide regular feedback to Leasing Teams on performance and follow-up.
• Review and approve each community’s Monthly Marketing Plan and strategies.
• Lead on-site marketing calls and approve marketing collateral and outreach initiatives.
• Guide on-site teams to implement marketing initiatives and events.
