Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business required.
• 1-2 years relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and accounting software.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain well-organized electronic data and paper documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Association Dues and Assessments Receivables including remote deposit and ACH collection of dues/assessments.
• Collaborate with the AP Accountant to code operating and reserve expenses and ensure timely payment of AP invoices.
• Reconcile all bank accounts and balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Prepare the monthly financial statement package including variance analysis reporting for each property in the portfolio.
• Work with association board members to produce an annual budget for each property in the portfolio.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
