Galderma in Orange County is seeking a Director of Portfolio Growth Marketing to identify and translate growth opportunities across the injectable aesthetics portfolio. You will lead strategy, governance, and cross-functional execution to strengthen competitive advantage and drive brand and market expansion.

The role requires 8–12 years in a large organization, aesthetics/pharma experience, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8–12 years of experience in a large, complex organization.
• Aesthetics industry experience required; pharmaceutical/medical device experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to think strategically as well as execute and implement.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Lead US Injectable Aesthetics portfolio assessment to identify opportunities, threats and whitespace.
• Own the market and category plan, integrating insights, congress input, publications, and trends.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across the portfolio, including field communications and sales tools.
• Build business cases for differentiated portfolio growth programs.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and ensure 360-plan implementation.
• Ensure brand strategies and promotional materials follow internal review processes and regulations.
• Support operational and execution capabilities as required.
