Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in sales and marketing preferred.
• 8-12 years in a large, complex organization in aesthetics or pharma.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Strong collaboration with upstream partners and cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Travel up to 30% expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead US Injectable Aesthetics portfolio assessment to define market opportunities, threats and whitespace; deliver portfolio growth priorities and an actionable roadmap.
• Own the market and category plan, integrating insights and industry trends; deliver executive intelligence reports.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across the portfolio, including field communications, training, response plans, and tools; establish KPIs and report on metrics.
• Build business cases for differentiated portfolio growth programs as directed by leadership; drive loyalty and service model growth.
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and operating forums; ensure priority follow-through.
• Ensure portfolio brand strategies are executed with 360-plan implementation across channels.
• Ensure content development and promotional materials follow review processes and local regulations.
• Support operational and execution capabilities, as required.
