Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months customer engagement experience
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and data tools

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a customer portfolio and develop trusted relationships
• Re‑engage dormant accounts and expand within existing customers
• Own day‑to‑day customer interactions and resolve issues
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners
• Quote and price freight and execute pricing strategy
• Plan and execute shipments with AI agent support
• Identify growth potential and convert transactions into partnerships
• Use data and market updates to inform priorities
• Adopt new tools and document SOPs
• Support teammates and participate in stand‑ups
