Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a customer portfolio, strengthening relationships and uncovering needs.
• Re-engage dormant accounts to increase volume and wallet share.
• Own day-to-day interactions, respond quickly, resolve conflicts.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal partners to meet commitments.
• Quote and price freight using negotiation and market insight.
• Plan and execute shipments with AI agent support.
• Identify growth potential and transform relationships into partnerships.
• Use data and market updates to identify opportunities and priorities.
• Improve processes by adopting new tools and documenting SOPs.
• Provide team support and contribute in stand-ups.
