Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in hotel accounting, group billing or AR.
• Experience supporting multiple properties or portfolio-level shared services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PMS billing modules and hotel folio structures.
• Excellent detail, accuracy, and client-facing professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end group billing across all properties, including master accounts and direct billing.
• Reconcile master accounts against contracts, BEOs, and rooming lists before invoicing.
• Prepare, issue, and audit itemized invoices with complex split billing.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with discretion.
• Maintain audit trails for internal controls and external audits across the portfolio.
• Review and approve credit and direct bill arrangements under portfolio policy.
• Monitor AR aging and drive collections in partnership with credit teams.
• Standardize billing policies, templates, and controls across properties.
• Support month-end close with revenue postings variance explanations.
• Train front office and accounting teams on consistent billing procedures.
