Job summary

BHC is seeking a Group Billing Lead to standardize and manage the billing of group, event, and corporate accounts across its multi-property portfolio. This role acts as a centralized expert, ensuring accurate, timely invoicing while respecting each hotel's brand and guest relationships.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will collaborate with property-level accounting teams, oversee credit decisions, and drive process improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in hotel accounting, group billing, or accounts receivable.
• Experience supporting multiple properties or a portfolio-level shared services finance structure is highly preferred.
• Working knowledge of PMS platforms and their billing modules (Infor Opera) and familiarity with major hotel contracts and BEOs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end group billing across properties, including master account setup and direct billing arrangements.
• Reconcile group master accounts against contracts, BEOs, and rooming lists prior to invoicing.
• Prepare, issue, and audit itemized invoices with complex split billing across cost centers and properties.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and disputes with discretion appropriate for a luxury brand.
• Standardize billing policies and provide portfolio-wide reporting and process improvement recommendations.
