Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Global Portfolio Strategy Lead to guide advisory services for premier corporate real estate clients. You will partner with regional and global teams to shape real estate strategy, oversee portfolio performance, and drive cost reduction initiatives.

The role requires 8-12 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to lead senior client discussions and complex cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 8-12 years in CRE or consulting.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary strategic initiatives.
• Ability to articulate complex strategies to senior client leadership.
• Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and client executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the portfolio strategy for a major technology client and coordinate across regions.
• Align real estate direction with client senior management and strategic goals.
• Monitor portfolio performance and report findings to client executives.
• Develop strategies to reduce occupancy and real estate costs.
• Support consolidation reviews and transactions on behalf of the client.
• Present location, labor, and retail insights to executive teams.
