Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading relationships with senior client leadership (C-Suite, President, Head of Portfolio/Asset Management).
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate portfolio strategy into actionable priorities.

Responsibilities

• The executive relationship: be the client's first contact for good or bad news with senior leadership.
• Translation of strategy into delivery: read investment/portfolio plans and align CBRE operating teams to protect and create value.
• Governance and business planning: set cadence, run reviews, and hold organizations accountable to agreed actions.
• Portfolio insight: synthesize operating performance, market intelligence, and portfolio data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Proactive risk management: anticipate portfolio, operating, and relationship risks and mobilize the right resources to resolve them.
• Growth: identify opportunities to deepen and expand the client relationship and portfolio size.
