Savoy Residential is seeking a Regional Director to own the operating performance of an assigned portfolio of multifamily communities, including occupancy, revenue, collections, resident retention, and asset condition.

The ideal candidate will lead property-level managers, set operating standards, and act as the owners' link between on-site execution and Savoy leadership, driving portfolio outcomes rather than merely supervising tasks.

Formación

• 7+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• 3+ years overseeing multiple properties or a regional portfolio.
• Proven track record improving occupancy, NOI, and collections.
• Experience with property management systems and data-driven pricing/reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; CAM, CAPS, or equivalent certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own occupancy, rent growth, collections, and NOI across assigned properties.
• Review pricing strategy in coordination with market intelligence and leasing leadership.
• Hire, train, coach, and hold accountable Property Managers within the portfolio.
• Coordinate leasing, maintenance, turnover, and resident-service standards across sites.
• Serve as operating voice to ownership and coordinate with Marketing and Accounting.
