You will partner with Operations, Investments, Development, and Finance to drive investment decisions. The ideal candidate will bring 7+ years of multifamily asset management experience, strong financial modeling skills,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA, Master's in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
• 7+ years in asset management, real estate investments, acquisitions, underwriting, or multifamily operations.
• Strong multifamily real estate experience required.
• Experience working with institutional investors, joint ventures, or complex ownership structures preferred.

• Lead asset performance and value creation for a portfolio of multifamily communities.
• Develop strategies to drive NOI growth through amenity monetization, revenue enhancements, and operations.
• Analyze market conditions and asset performance to identify value opportunities.
