Flexential is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead data center design initiatives from concept to completion. You will oversee projects emphasizing efficiency, reliability, and sustainability, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering with at least five years in data center design and project management, plus strong knowledge of HVAC and energy management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, cooling, and energy management.
• Proven track record in managing complex engineering projects.
• Excellent project management, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data center design projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and quality.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams.
