• Experience collaborating with senior leaders to enhance strategy and organizational capabilities.
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leaders.
• Advanced facilitation skills for complex stakeholder discussions.

For our client, we are seeking a IT Portfolio Management Principal to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will help shape multi-year portfolio strategy and strengthen investment governance across a complex healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior business, technology, and governance leaders to improve portfolio health, funding decisions, and organizational alignment. This position calls for a strategic advisor who can turn portfolio insights into executive-ready recommendations and practical operating improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $142,300 – $195,700 annually
