Larson Financial Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Data Assistant to support our investments team. You will assist the Portfolio Billing Specialist and Portfolio Data Specialist in entering, updating, and verifying account details in Orion.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and Orion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter billing settings for new accounts.
• Set up held away and consolidated billing.
• Enter missing data from custodian downloads.
• Create new accounts in Orion.
• Initiate termination of investment services process.
• Calculate refunds needed.
• Provide support for special projects as needed.
