Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• All office administration duties, including answering phones and emails.
• Onboarding new clients and preparing new account forms.
• Maintain scheduling for multi-advisors.
• Prepare and run reporting as needed.
• Oversee daily office operations and coordinate procedures.
• Handle procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff.
