Job summary
Larson Financial Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Data Assistant to support our investments team by entering, updating, and verifying account details in Orion.
As part of the portfolio team, you will assist the Portfolio Billing Specialist and Portfolio Data Specialist while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
- Experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and Orion preferred.
Responsibilities
- Enter billing settings for new accounts
- Set up held away and consolidated billing
- Enter missing data from custodian downloads
- Create new accounts in Orion
- Initiate termination of investment services process
- Calculate refunds needed
- Provide support for special projects, as needed
