Job summary

Larson Financial Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Data Assistant to assist the investments team. You will support the Portfolio Billing Specialist and Portfolio Data Specialist in entering, updating, and verifying account details in Orion.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include entering billing settings, setting up held away and consolidated billing, creating new accounts in Orion, handling custodian

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) and Orion is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter billing settings for new accounts.
• Set up held away and consolidated billing.
• Enter missing data from custodian downloads.
• Create new accounts in Orion.
• Initiate termination of investment services process.
• Calculate refunds needed.
• Provide support for special projects, as needed.
