Action Property Management in Irvine, CA is seeking a Portfolio Community Manager to oversee 4–7 HOA communities. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.
• CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Evening availability for Board meetings.
• Travel to properties for in-person meetings when needed.
• Strong knowledge of budgets and budgeting process.
• Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently.
• Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.
