Action Property Management in Irvine, California is hiring a Portfolio Community Manager to oversee 4–7 HOA communities from our Irvine office in a hybrid role. You will bring 3–5 years of HOA portfolio management experience, CMCA or the ability to obtain within six months, and strong budgeting, audits, and governance knowledge.

Job Description

Community Managers generally manage 4 to 7 communities and are provided dedicated support from key departments. This allows our Community Managers to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses our client's expectations.

Action seeks a Portfolio Community Manager to join our Orange County team.

This is a hybrid role based out of the Irvine corporate office.
