Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) for the Atlanta, GA market. The role oversees associations, coordinating with Boards, vendors, and the Home Office to deliver exemplary service while achieving company goals.

Responsibilities include meetings, vendor management, and financial reporting. Candidates must have licensing in some states and prior community management experience, with strong communications and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience managing associations or communities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals.
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow-up on monthly assessments due.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries to boards.
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations.
