Sentry Management, Inc. is hiring a Community Association Manager (Portfolio) for the Atlanta, GA market.

You will supervise multiple associations, liaising with boards, vendors and the Sentry Home Office to deliver exemplary service while achieving company goals. Ideal candidates have community management experience, strong communication, organization, and a professional, self-motivated approach, with a valid vehicle license.

Qualifications

• Licensing in some states is required or maintained.
• Professional, organized and self-motivated candidate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee assigned community associations and coordinate with boards.
• Attend and prepare for annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk, insurance, and maintenance approvals.
• Coordinate maintenance staff and other on-site personnel.
• Prepare reports and financial summaries for boards.
• Onboard and offboard associations as needed.
