Sentry Management, Inc. seeks an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) for the Albany, NY market. You will oversee the associations, coordinate with boards, vendors, and the Home Office to deliver exceptional service and meet company goals.

Responsibilities include sustaining client satisfaction, attending meetings, managing vendor contracts, coordinating staff, handling invoicing and assessments, and preparing reports for boards. Licensing and a valid driver's license required.

Formación

• Must maintain licensing in some states.
• Prior community management experience required.
• Professional, organized and self-motivated.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals and contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals.
• Coordinate staff such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others.
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow-up on monthly assessments due.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries to boards.
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations.
