Job summary

Sentry Management is seeking a Community Association Manager (Portfolio) in the Alexandria/Annandale, VA area. The role oversees multiple associations, coordinating with Boards, vendors, and the Home Office to deliver exceptional service and meet company goals.

The position requires active licensing in some states, strong communication, and the ability to manage vendor relations and financial summaries for boards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend and prepare for annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk management, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinate with staff and ensure timely invoicing and assessments.
