Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) for our Leesburg, VA market.

The Portfolio Manager will oversee associations, coordinate with Boards, vendors, and the Home Office to deliver exceptional service while meeting company goals. Applicants must maintain licensing in some states, have prior community management experience, and demonstrate professionalism, organization, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community
• Attend, prepare for and participate in annual and general meetings
• Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance and architectural requests and approvals
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance, administrative, and others
• Collect all invoices and code for payment, and follow-up on monthly assessments due
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries to boards
• Manage the onboarding and exit of associations

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) in our Leesburg, VA market. The Portfolio Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the associations they manage. They are responsible for coordinating with the Board of Directors, vendors, and the Sentry Home Office to provide exemplary customer service while maintaining and achieving company goals.

Responsibilities Include

Applicants Must

• Maintain licensing in some states
• Have previous Community Management Experience
• Be professional, organized and self-motivated
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Hold a valid license to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record
• Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
