Job summary

Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Association Manager (Portfolio) in Leesburg, VA.

The role involves supervising associations, coordinating with boards, vendors, and the Sentry Home Office to deliver exemplary customer service while meeting company goals. Responsibilities include meeting client needs, attending meetings, managing contracts and maintenance requests, and handling financial reports for boards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, organized and self-motivated candidate is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills is essential.

Responsibilities

• Sustain maximum client satisfaction by meeting the needs of each assigned Board and Community.
• Attend, prepare for and participate in annual and general meetings.
• Manage vendor proposals, contracts, risk management, insurance, and maintenance/architectural requests and approvals.
• Coordinate employees such as janitorial, maintenance and administrative staff.
• Collect invoices, code for payment, and follow up on monthly assessments.
• Serve as liaison between association boards and legal counsel.
• Prepare manager reports and financial summaries to boards.
