Job summary

Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) seeks an Asset Management Analyst to oversee the agency’s multifamily housing portfolios within the Portfolio Administration Unit. The role emphasizes reviewing financials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting long-term viability of properties.

Hybrid work in Salem, OR, with experience in loan applications or real estate transactions, GAAP knowledge, and strong independent work skills.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in preparing or analyzing loan applications or real estate transactions, or processing real estate transactions involving credit evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for three years of experience or an Associate's degree may substitute for 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for multifamily housing portfolios within Asset and Preservation Management.
• Review audited financial statements and reporting to ensure long-term portfolio viability and regulatory compliance.
• Support in ensuring project operations meet closing documentation and federal/state regulations.
