Job summary

Wolters Kluwer seeks an Associate Director, Portfolio Acceleration to translate portfolio priorities into coordinated programs within the PHT Product Growth team. You will drive governance, cadence, and execution, coordinating inputs, timelines, and leadership decisions across Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience required. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise program management, product operations, portfolio management, or related discipline.
• Experience establishing governance, operating cadences, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and mobilize teams in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs that advance portfolio priorities and product delivery.
• Translate leadership priorities into integrated program plans with milestones, dependencies, and ownership.
• Establish portfolio governance, decision forums, cadences, standards, and repeatable processes.
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities, sequencing, resources, and execution.
• Support roadmaps and evaluate market extension opportunities for growth.
• Define and manage portfolio KPIs, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Prepare concise updates for senior leadership on portfolio status, risks, and decisions.
• Remove cross-functional barriers, manage risks, and escalate decisions to protect delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement of portfolio planning, delivery models, and tools.
