Job summary

Adobe Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the C&P BCDD portfolio.

You will partner with leadership, product management, and business stakeholders to shape the vision, manage intake, prioritize work, and guide end-to-end program delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. The role emphasizes executive communication, governance, and metrics-driven outcomes, with a focus on delivering customer-facing

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years' experience as a program manager in software/tech
• Experience in customer experience environments with web/voice/messaging platforms
• Experience leading multi-discipline teams in matrix organizations
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Strategize with leadership to define vision and objectives for BCDD/C&P
• Facilitate intake and triage of new requests using Workfront
• Prioritize initiatives and assist with portfolio reporting (QBRs, ad-hoc)
• Estimate Level of Effort and feasibility with ATS teams
• Lead end-to-end program management for initiatives (initiation to closing)
• Coordinate governance artifacts (SteerCo, RAID, schedules) and communication
