Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc is seeking a Maintenance Associate to service and repair facilities at one or more campuses. The role emphasizes safety, responsiveness, and quality care for residents while maintaining common areas and mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of commercial maintenance experience, can handle a fast-paced environment, and demonstrates excellent communication and organization. This full-time position offers benefits and growth opportunities.
