Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities in Maryland is seeking a maintenance associate to join our team. You will maintain and repair common areas and residences, respond to work orders, and help ensure a safe, comfortable living environment for residents.

The role requires 2 years of maintenance experience in a commercial setting, the ability to work weekends and holidays, and strong communication and organizational skills.
