Job summary

Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Associate to support our senior living communities in Maryland. You will perform routine maintenance tasks, respond to work orders, and help maintain safe, comfortable living spaces for residents.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced environment. Competitive wages and benefits are provided by Watermark.

• 2 years' experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment
• Able to work weekends and holidays
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent work ethic
• Able to complete work orders

• Must have reliable transportation
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed
