Watermark Retirement Communities, Inc. is seeking a maintenance associate to ensure exceptional service for residents in our senior living communities. You will perform maintenance tasks, complete work orders, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

• 2 years’ experience as a maintenance associate in a commercial environment.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

• Interested in learning and growing your skill set.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Some experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing is needed.
