Role Overview:

We are seeking a Porter with evening availability to add to our growing team of quality people looking to impact people's lives via the presentation of their residences.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly clean and tidy common areas, restrooms, lobbies, and other spaces.
• Waste Disposal: Efficiently manage and dispose of waste from designated areas.
• Basic Maintenance: Address minor maintenance issues and report major concerns to supervisors.
• Equipment and Furniture Handling: Assist with moving or setting up equipment or furniture as required.
• Uphold Company Standards: Ensure that cleanliness and maintenance standards align with Visiting Superintendents Inc.'s reputation for excellence.
• Worker Experience: Contribute to a comfortable and clean environment for all building occupants.
• Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with other staff members, reporting issues, and seeking assistance when necessary.
• Supply Runs: Traveling to supply stores to pick up supplies as necessary.
• Contractor Supervision: Supervise contractors in buildings serviced.

Position requires flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

Position requires ability to work unsupervised.

Position requires travel to and from various job locations within the NYC area.
