Essential Functions

• Coordinate job duties with other opening team members for efficient preparation.
• Perform scheduled maintenance on all restaurant equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain the interior and exterior of the restaurant, including landscaping and snow removal.
• Manage food storage, rotate stock, and monitor shelf life and code dates.
• Maintain knowledge of restaurant equipment operation.
• Complete scheduled maintenance tasks on all equipment.
