Job Summary
Provides superior maintenance to the interior and exterior of the restaurant in a timely and accurate manner.
Essential Functions
- Demonstrates consistent sanitation and food safety practices.
- Checks the restaurant from previous close to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Completes daily, weekly, and monthly jobs promptly and accurately.
- Maintains the appearance of the building exterior and grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
- Follows company safety standards at all times, prioritizing the safety of team members and guests.
- Coordinates job duties with other opening team members for efficient preparation.
- Properly stores food orders, rotates stock using the First In-First Out method, and monitors shelf life and code dates.
- Accurately takes temperatures of delivered foods and documents on the Quality Control/Safe Food Checklist.
- Maintains knowledge of all restaurant equipment operation and performs scheduled maintenance safely and correctly.
- Completes duties by 10:30 am to prepare for the lunch shift.
- Reports any incomplete closing issues to the opening manager.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by the manager on duty.
Qualifications

- Practices safety to prevent hazards like cuts, slips, trips, falls, and burns
