Job summary

Management Support is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper for The Lodge at Westover Hills in San Antonio, TX. The position covers outdoor maintenance of a 334-unit property and reports to the Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.

The role requires lifting up to 30 lb, grounds care tasks, and a willingness to learn company policies. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Pay is $16–$17 per hour, with a full-time 40-hour work week and biweekly payroll with direct deposit.

Qualifications

• Lift and carry 30 lb up stairs.
• Grounds care and trash pickup.
• Work under direction of Maintenance Foreman and Apartment Manager.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus.
• Understand company policies.

Responsibilities
