ParkVista Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper / Porter to maintain cleanliness and assist the maintenance team. The role involves keeping the property free of trash, cleaning common areas, and supporting residents and management.

The ideal candidate has prior maintenance or custodial experience, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits for an engaged team.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris.
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces.
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas.
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas.
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents.
