Job summary

CSC Management is seeking a Porter to perform a variety of duties related to the upkeep of our properties, including grounds work, make-readies, minor repairs, cleaning, and general maintenance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Antonio, Texas.

The position offers hourly pay from $15.00 to $17.00 plus benefits, growth opportunities, healthcare, PTO, a 401(k) with matching, and training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Remove trash and debris in public areas
• Surface cleaning
• Grounds keeping - moving lawns, hedges, clearing snow and ice
• Make ready vacant apartments
• Painting
• Light maintenance duties - changing light bulbs, restocking cleaning supplies, unclogging drains, etc.
