Job Opening: Porter at Restaurant Associates

We have a full-time opening for a Porter position at L'Oreal, located at 100 Terminal Avenue, Clark, NJ 07066. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front of the house, including tables, counters, floors, windows, and beverage stations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure tables are bussed, cleared, and cleaned; floors are swept during peak times and prepped prior to service.
• Transport dishes and utensils safely to the kitchen using trays, bus tubs, or carts.
• Wash dishes, glasses, and pots; clean cooking stations and equipment.
• Ensure sanitation standards are met during dishwashing and cleaning processes.
• Keep display equipment clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries safely.
• Follow HACCP standards for presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Adhere to all safety policies, including proper use of gloves, oven mitts, slip-resistant shoes, and lifting techniques.
