The Porter/Maintenance Worker is a key member of the on-site maintenance team, ensuring safe, affordable housing for tenants in buildings managed by POP Management. Responsibilities include maintaining a regular cleaning schedule, preparing tenant apartments for occupancy to meet safety standards, and collaborating with social services staff and facilities personnel. Tasks involve sweeping, mopping, waxing, vacuuming floors, and stairways.
