Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Apartment Porter for Candlelight Park Apartments in Davenport, IA. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM, with an hourly rate up to $18.00 DOE and quarterly bonuses up to $750, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include cleaning, organizing interior spaces, assisting with turnover, and basic maintenance tasks. Pre-employment screenings are required; company offers vacation, insurance, and various employee perks.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work.
• Commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-focused and dependable team player.
• Basic knowledge of property operations/maintenance is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and pride in a job well done.

Responsabilités

• Clean and organize interior spaces (offices, bathrooms, hallways, fitness centers).
• Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and unit turns.
• Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.).
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Our Candlelight Park Apartments team is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Porter who is a self-starter to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
