Monarch Investment and Management Group in Moline, IL is seeking an Apartment Porter to support our Leclaire Apartments community. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00AM–5:00PM, with a starting pay of $16.00–$18.00 per hour DOE and quarterly bonuses.

You will help keep the community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests. We offer benefits including a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, paid holidays, and affordable health options.

Competenze

• 6+ months of janitorial or groundskeeping experience.
• Commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-focused and dependable team player.
• Basic knowledge of property operations/maintenance is a plus.

Mansioni

• Clean and organize interior spaces (offices, bathrooms, hallways, fitness centers).
• Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain curb appeal and reporting safety concerns.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting and unit turns.
• Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.).
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

About the Role:

Our Leclaire Apartments team in Moline, IL is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Porter who is a self-starter to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

What You’ll Get:

• $16.00–$18.00 per hour DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses

This role requires pre-employment screenings including a criminal background check and drug screening
