Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking a reliable Porter to join our Sioux City team. You will keep common areas of our apartment communities clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

This role offers steady hours and the opportunity to grow within a respected multifamily company. Working at Valley Park, Indian Hills, and nearby properties, you will assist with maintenance tasks, trash removal, vacancy preparation, and seasonal duties while enjoying a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work.
• Commercial cleaning a plus.
• A proactive, detail-focused, and dependable team player.
• Basic knowledge of property operations/maintenance a plus.
• Strong work ethic and pride in a job well done.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize interior spaces (office spaces, bathrooms, hallways, fitness centers).
• Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and unit turns.
• Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.).
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

$1 8.00 –$ 20.00 per hour (DOE) + Quarterly Bonus and Benefits

• $1 8 .00–$ 20 .00 per hour DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
