Monarch Investment & Management Group is seeking an Apartment Porter to support multiple communities in Sioux City. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with pay at $18.00–$20.00 per hour DOE and quarterly bonuses. The position focuses on keeping interiors clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in janitorial, groundskeeping, or similar work.
• Commercial cleaning a plus.
• A proactive, detail-focused, and dependable team player.
• Basic knowledge of property operations/maintenance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize interior spaces (offices, bathrooms, hallways, fitness centers).
• Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and unit turns.
• Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.).
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.
