Job summary

Monarch Investment & Management Group’s Candlelight Park Apartments is seeking a reliable Porteur to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming community for residents and guests. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

The ideal candidate has 6+ months of janitorial or groundskeeping experience and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. Company benefits include bonuses, 401(k) match, paid training, tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, and health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize interior spaces (offices, bathrooms, hallways, fitness centers).
• Help with trash removal and preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Maintain curb appeal of the property.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as painting, repairs, and unit turns.
• Support seasonal tasks (snow removal, pool upkeep, etc.).
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns.

Apartment Porter

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30AM – 5:00PM

Up to $18.00 per hour (DOE) + up to $750 Quarterly Bonus and Benefits

Our Candlelight Park Apartments team is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Porter who is a self-starter to help keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

What You’ll Get:

• Up to $18.00 per hour DOE
• Up to $3,000 annually in quarterly bonuses
