Summary of Position

As the guest’s first and last impression of the hotel, provide exemplary customer service ensuring each and every guest experience is flawless and memorable.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide warm and professional greeting to guests and anticipate their needs before they arise.
• Escort all guests to their accommodations, assisting with their luggage as required. Inform guests about all hotel and guest room features, hotel facilities and emergency procedures.
• Ensure hotel public areas as well as departmental equipment is clean and presentable at all times.
• Provide assistance to other departments including, but not limited to, housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry as needed.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks.
• Complete front desk attendant duties during lunch and breaks as needed.
• Share knowledge of the Park and surrounding area with all guests.
• Understand Company’s ISO management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.
• Other duties per Duties Checklist and as assigned.
