WHAT OUR PORTERS DO

The primary role of our porters is to keep our centers clean and sanitized, ensuring a positive experience for our guests. If you’re dedicated to cleanliness and guest satisfaction, this is the role for you.

A PORTER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the center inside and out
• Assist servers and runners with setting up event tables and displays
• Address issues promptly and safely such as pin jams, ball return calls, and malfunctions during guest play
• Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed

WHAT IT TAKES

• Proven success in school or previous job experience
• Strong team player and multi-tasker
• Effective communication skills
• Dedication to providing excellent guest service
